For a mama who was a bit concerned that an entire summer without preschool might drag on... This first month of summer sure has flown by! Here's a quick recap in photos...
At the end of May, Emily and I flew up to Oklahoma City for Seth and Summer's baby shower. It was so wonderful to spend some quality time with my grandparents and for Emily to get to know just why they're so special to me!
And we had a ton of fun celebrating Li'l Miss Presley with Seth and Summer! We sure can't wait for her to get here!
Mom flew home with me and Emily, then she stayed with the kids all week long so Matt and I could have a much-anticipated vacation in Cancun to celebrate our ninth anniversary (as well as the fact that we made it through these rough past three years!) Praise God!
We did nothing but sleep in, order room service and lay on the beach.
And it was HEAVEN!
It's been a very HOT summer here already, and we're so thankful for our community splash pad to keep us cool!
As you can tell, the kids just love it!
