Mimi came to visit a couple of weeks ago, and while she was here loving on her grandbabies...
...we potty trained Miss Em!
Mimi was new to the 3-day "boot camp" concept, and she declared it was absolutely terrifying that first day...but in the end we all agreed it was worth the mess because li'l miss was {for the most part} potty trained!

In fact, Emily took to it so well that at the end of the three days she, Jude, Daddy and I all went to the Houston Children's Festival!
We had never been before, and it was so much fun!! They had a ton of rides for Jude and Emily's age group, several shows (including a dance party with Dora the Explorer!), lots of yummy "fair food," and even pony rides.
